IBM Acquires Healthcare Consulting Firm

IBM announced it will acquire Healthlink Incorporated , a healthcare process improvement and information technology consulting services company. Healthlink was founded in 1992, employs more than 500 consultants, and is based in Houston, but also opened offices in London and Washington DC in 2004. The acquisition continues IBM's strategic focus on business services.
